DESCRIPTION

Reid Mitchell assisted Rathbones throughout the acquisition stage including due diligence and supporting business case preparation and new lease negotiations. We delivered Project Management and Contract Administration services on the fit-out project, with a particular focus on aligning the challenging timeline with exit from existing accommodation.

We supported Rathbones to establish an experienced design team and thereafter led the project team through the delivery stages.

Simultaneously, we supported Rathbones on the negotiation of dilapidations on their exit from their previous premises.

We are now supporting Rathbones with a further expansion of the space into another floor of their building after their combination with Investec Wealth & Investment.
