DESCRIPTION

Working with Cushman & Wakefield, we acted as Project Manager on the relocation into 177 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, the culmination of a major office consolidation project. 

The project started in 2017 with a full review of the existing office estate and the agreement of a pre-let at this major office development.  We supported Virgin Money with monitoring of the developer’s works before leading the fit-out project itself.

Following further rationalisation to align with hybrid working, the project comprised 3 floors of the building with completion in early 2024.
