Reid Mitchell offered Project Management services to facilitate Anderson Strathern’s move to Capital Square in Edinburgh.

As Anderson Strathern transitioned from their previous location, the new space at Capital Square provided an opportunity to revitalise their working practices. The workspace was strategically designed across two floors, with the ground floor dedicated to client spaces and the first floor emphasising various workspace settings.

Additionally, Reid Mitchell played a crucial role in coordinating and approving floor separation works conducted by the Landlord before the space was accepted.

The project was successfully completed, and the relocation took place in December 2023.
