Reid Mitchell was appointed as the sole provider of Project Management services on the Registers of Scotland Framework.

In line with their strategic digital ambition and business transformation, Registers of Scotland committed to adopting the philosophy of smart working across their organisation. The Level 0 South Wing refurbishment acted as a catalyst for cultural change in the public sector workplace, focusing on increased wellbeing and employee engagement to support the evolving approach to service and business continuity.

The project encompassed the strip out and fit-out of one wing of the building to accommodate over 100 members of staff on a shared desk basis, social areas both internally and externally within a partially enclosed terrace, improvements to the mechanical and electrical services and the integration of supporting ICT/AV technologies.
