DESCRIPTION

We acted as Building Surveyor and Contract Administrator on the refurbishment.

We initially secured a dilapidations settlement with the former tenant before progressing to design and tender the refurbishment works.  This included securing a building warrant for the addition of welfare facilities to the basement.  Once on site, we undertook a full Contract Administration service.

The client’s aspirations were delivered with the project completed to a high standard for the new tenant to take on a long-term lease.
