Reid Mitchell played a pivotal role in supporting Laings during the acquisition phase of their new headquarters at Rowan House, Glasgow. Subsequently, we were appointed to provide Project Management and Employer’s Agent services for the fit-out of their new retail and office space.

Laings has secured the entirety of Rowan House, an eight-storey, grade B listed building, and is executing the fit-out across all floors in a phased manner.

The initial phase involves the fit-out of a new watch workshop, reception, and office accommodation. The workshop has been meticulously designed to meet the stringent standards set by leading brands, incorporating specialized machinery and installations to create the desired environment.

Subsequent phases will include the fit-out of additional premium jewelry and watch retail space, along with the refurbishment of modern office space for Laings’ staff.

Our collaboration with Laings extends beyond Rowan House, as we are actively involved in addressing their diverse requirements in different locations, including conducting due diligence on potential new spaces.
