Reid Mitchell provided Project Management and Employer’s Agent services supporting Brodies’ relocation into Capital Square.  Our services included monitoring of the developer’s works and management of the fit-out project.

As Scotland’s premier independent legal practice, Brodies achieved in their aim to create the leading office premises amongst their peers, establishing a new benchmark for the legal sector by actively adopting a smart working approach.

Brodies placed the wellbeing of their people at the heart of their business and the project secured the first WELL Platinum accreditation in Scotland, aligning the space and the wider business with 11 assessment criteria including air, light, water, mind and nourishment.

The project was awarded the British Council for Offices Award for the best Fit Out in Scotland 2023.
