PROJECT
New Grade A office accomodation in Glasgow’s city centre.
DESCRIPTION
Having supported CEG with due diligence on the acquisition of the Cadogan Street site in late 2021, we were appointed in January 2022 to deliver Project Management and Employer’s Agent services.
The development comprises around 300,000sqft of grade A office accommodation across 13 storeys. The design had previously been developed by the previous site owner however a full refresh has been completed to enhance the environmental credentials and deliver BREEAM Outstanding and Nabers design 5.5*.
A series of works have been completed including utility diversions, sheet piling and excavations to form the basement, piling and the initial core base works to enable the works to commence in early course.
