DESCRIPTION

Reid Mitchell was originally appointed by Morton Fraser in late 2023 to support them in their proposed relocation from their existing offices.  Within days of our appointment, the merger to form Morton Fraser MacRoberts was announced with the project becoming an opportunity to form a new office base, combining the existing offices.

Reid Mitchell was appointed to deliver Project Management and Employer’s Agent services, along with supporting on due diligence on the proposed new office space in Haymarket Square.

Morton Fraser MacRoberts propose to relocate to around 17,500sqft in Haymarket by the end of 2024.
