DESCRIPTION

Our role with Moredun has included a variety of Building Surveying services including:

• • Surveys of the entire science park comprising various mixed-use properties of varying ages and construction types and preparing a 10-year PPM for the estate.
  • Delivering refurbishment and maintenance projects across a number of buildings on the estate including securing Building Warrants.
  • Preparation and negotiation of dilapidations with outgoing tenants.
  • Completion of RAAC surveys across the estate.
