DESCRIPTION

Reid Mitchell led this this project providing a full Project Management service to Lotus Property.  We assisted Lotus in agreeing the pre-let with Dobbies for Northern Ireland’s largest garden centre and led delivery of the project itself.

This redevelopment combined 30 existing units from the retail parade to create 108,000sqft of shell retail space ready for Dobbies to fit-out.  Significant alterations were undertaken to the existing structure to create the new space.  The existing central mall was converted to internal space by covering with a new ETFE roof membrane.  A new glazed and timber façade was formed to the new entrance.

The space was handed over to Dobbies successfully with the new store opening in late 2023.
