Reid Mitchell, working with Cushman & Wakefield, were appointed to act as Project Manager on this project.

In response to a change in working behaviours and a consequential reduction in occupancy, the bank were able to consolidate their staff working in the Gosforth campus, from nine buildings to two.

To support this approach, we led significant refurbishment of the two buildings including the upgrading of office floor plates and the creation of a new collaboration hub.
