We are thrilled to announce that Clare Holyoake has joined our Building Surveying team today as an Associate Director based in our Edinburgh office. Clare started her Building Surveying career working for the Royal Household undertaking projects before specialising in Landlord and Tenant matters at a well-known global BS practice.
Clare’s addition to the team will further strengthen our technical due diligence and dilapidations service offering to our clients. Over the years, Clare has been on the other side of dilapidations negotiations from both Sam and Greig and based on this, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to bring her into the business.
