Hayley was the first recruit to the business back in early 2019 when she joined as a Graduate Project Manager. Since qualifying as a Chartered Project Manager in 2020, Hayley has become an integral part of Reid Mitchell through her hard work, commitment, and talent. Hayley is now vice chair of the BCO Next Gen committee and is also a member of the Operations Team within Reid Mitchell where she is responsible for driving forward our marketing function. She has performed to an extremely high standard and has over the years developed strong relationships with several key clients. This promotion is recognition of this and Hayley’s overall contribution to the success of the business since she joined.
Sam was our second recruit to the business having joined in May 2019 as a Graduate Building Surveyor. Sam qualified in 2020 and has become an integral part of Reid Mitchell with his hard work, “can do” attitude, and his approach to teamwork. Sam provides a range of Building Surveying services to a high standard and also manages our in-house Principal Designer service offering. Sam is also part of our Operations Team and is responsible for our Learning and Development Function where he excels in mentoring other members of the team towards their APC, including running our own Reid Mitchell CPD programme. Over the past few years, Sam has developed the respect and built strong relationships with several key clients.
Congratulations to both Hayley and Sam and we look forward to seeing them both develop further in the future. This is them enjoying themselves at the recent Christmas party!
Suffice to say that 2022 has been a terrific year for the business. The whole team has been brilliant and worked so hard.
